Conditions for Refund
The following terms apply for you to qualify for a refund:
- The order must be sent back to us within four weeks of the purchase date.
- To be eligible for a FULL refund, it is essential for the product to be in an untampered condition with all the original tags, labels, packaging, and seals attached.
- All Return Shipping Costs will be borne by you and will be compensated to you only if we were at fault i.e., in the case of a wrong, damaged or faulty item dispatched on our end.
- In case you have bought multiple items of the same category, make sure that only one of them is opened.
- Any sample products are ineligible, by default, to be either refunded or returned.
Our Refund Process
To return any unsatisfactory item, reach out to our Customer Service Department via email. They will respond aptly and provide you with an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Once you have received this number, place the item back in the original packaging sent to you and then mail us at our address along with the assigned RMA number.
Our Team will closely inspect all Returned Items, and the matter of refunding to the customer will be in their sole discretion. They might decide to refund fully, partly, or refuse to do so depending upon the circumstances.
In cases where you successfully qualify for a Refund, you have the following three options to choose from:
- A New Product, in exchange for the Defaulted one, will be delivered.
- A Voucher, bearing the refunded amount, can be issued for later use.
- The entire Refund Payment can be directed back into your Account.
Note: Refund Payment may take up to 30 days for it to show on your bank statement. The business days for each process are mentioned below.
