Section A: Shipment Process
Step 1: Placing an Online Order
As soon as you fill the Address field while making a purchase, our system will automatically cross-check from the built-in address database to ensure its validity. All addresses will also be automatically saved to avoid inconveniences in the future.
Orders are shipped the very next day, in a span of 24 hours, via USPS/UPS and will be delivered to you within 2 to 14 working days (depending upon the location).
Step 2: Tracking
When your parcel is dispatched at the courier’s office, we will update you through a Confirmation Email. The mail will also bear a Tracking Number to enable you to trace your shipment status directly from the courier’s website or through your account on our site.
Section B: Domestic Shipping
Congratulations! If you are a domestic client, you can avail free shipping throughout the U.S.
Our domestic buyers don’t have to pay for the additional shipping costs. And, if the purchase is made within the working hours, then the order will be shipped within 24 hours.

Section E: Terms and Conditions
To avoid breach of trust later, it is essential for our customers to get enlightened about Naya Kratom Shipment Service Terms. Before placing an order online, we expect you to read these terms thoroughly and adhere unconditionally for smooth dealing:
- No exemptions will be made on import duties, taxes and other additional charges.
- International buyers are bound to pay them accordingly without any compensation.
- For your convenience, all additional charges, including tax, are mentioned separately and not added in the original cost of products.
- Your shipping costs depend on the three major factors: Weight and Size of the Package, Preferred Delivery Courier, Location of where the parcel is to be delivered.
- Buyers need to be aware of their country/city’s law and regulations pertaining to the consumption, trading (buying or selling) or use of Kratom. Our company won’t be responsible for any seizure or custom hold-ups. So, always make sure to check before ordering anything. We certainly don’t want any of us to land in trouble!
